1. This vehicle has liability coverage and $4,000.00 deductible collision. Renter agrees to pay the deductible insurance claim arising from the rental or use of vehicle.
2. Renter assumes all responsibility for any damages or injury to any person or property arising from
vehicle by an unauthorized driver and shall hold harmless and indemnify Envirorite Jeep/Car Rent
claim, suit or expense arising there from.
3. (A) the renter and/or driver are responsible for any loss arising, out of the following:
(i) abuse of the vehicle;
(ii) prohibited use or operation;
(iii) reckless driving or driving while under the influence of alcohol or controlled drug or substance
(iv) failure to promptly report an accident to the police or Envirorite;
(v) failure to complete an accident report form;
(vi) obtaining of the car through fraud or misrepresentation;
(vii) use of the car for an illegal purpose.
(B) The renter/driver shall be responsible for hereby authorizes Envirorite to charge for any an
damages assessed from the vehicle for any of the following:
(i) towing of the vehicle;
(ii) flat or damaged the repair;
(iii) loss of use of the vehicle;
(iv) repairs arising from damage to the vehicle in the custody of the driver;
(v) items missing from the vehicle;
(vi) legal fees where a breach of contract has occurred.
4. A renter driver is prohibited from doing the following:
i. driving in excess of the speed limit;
ii. carrying pets in the rented vehicle;
iii. driving while drinking alcohol or while intoxicated;
iv. removing the top of a vehicle; where the top of a vehicle is removed a fee of EC$50 shall be
charged. Removal results in the wetting of the interior, a further fee of two days rental will be
added.
v. Driving on washed out roads, beaches or walking trails.
5. Renters are responsible for all gas used and a renter should refuel before returning the vehicle. When vehicles are returned with less fuel than that given at the time of the vehicle was rented out a refueling service charged at the local retail gasoline prices will be charged.
6. A hire vehicle shall not be driven by anyone, with the exception of those stipulated on the Rental agreement or previous written permission of Envirorite Jeep/Car Rental Co. Ltd.
7. Where a rented vehicle is being operated by an unauthorized driver or in a negligent manner the money
paid by way of deposit will be forfeited.

8. If the hired vehicle is detained by a lawful authority, the rental driver shall be responsible for hired vehicle and will continue to pay rental to Envirorite Jeep/Car Rental Co. Ltd during the period the vehicle is detain by the Lawful Authority.
9. In the event of damage in any manner, your deposit will be held for part or full repair of the vehicle
If there is no such damage, then the deposit will be refunded upon return and inspection of vehicle.
10. CDW Private customers are liable for excess on insurance coverage of EC$4 000.00 or US$1 500.
11. A penalty of EC $70.00 will apply for late return on vehicles pass the grace period of half an hour. In excess of three hours will be construed as a rental day.
12. A 20% penalty of the original amount is charged for the premature termination of contracts.
13. A governmental levy of US$5.00 or EC$13.50 will apply on rentals per day.
14. A 5% processing fee will apply on rentals payable by Credit Card.
15. I hereby warrant that the above particulars and statements are true and correct.
16. The owner reserves the right to terminate the hire without notice, if in the opinion of the owner; the vehicle is driven in a manner detrimental to the public or the vehicle.
